WALTER MISENER – DIARIES [May 1 - 7, 1898]

Sun May 1/1898
I drove over to Perry Station Mr. P. Moore went with me. North west wind.

Mon May 2/ 1898
I plowed and spread manure we had a fine shower tonight. Wind in the north today.

Tues May3/1898
I plowed for peas today and spread manure drew out two loads of manure. Wind in the west cloudy today.

Wed May 4/1898
I plowed pea ground today and drew out two loads of manure It was cloudy all day and very cool wind in west. I drove up to Wellandport.

Thur May 5/1898
I worked on pea ground it rained a little this forenoon it was very cool today  cloudy wind in the north.

Fri  may 6/1898
I worked on pea ground and  sowed the peas A little warmer today wind in the north east today.

Sat May 7/1898
I hauled posts for fence on the  south 25 acres also for fence between  peas and wheat and hauled manure on garden, wind in north. Mrs C. Went to Thorold.
